Today’s Fruit of the Day – Grapes!

1,980 cases of grapes came in today thanks to the Farm to Family program and SunWorld packers! That’s 15,840 bags of sweet, seedless grapes.
Here they are in our cooler – 22 pallets, all tagged for delivery to a neighborhood pantry.

CBS5 ConsumerWatch reporter Sue Kwon is taking the Hunger Challenge and reporting about her experiences. See her reports all week at 6 pm, with repeats at 11 pm and the following morning. Sue will also be sharing cost-effective recipes and helping viewers learn how to stretch their food dollars.
